When it came the time to plan their annual holiday party, this Boston-based company had ample options for where celebrate, but Longwood’s experience and ability to bring fresh and trendy ideas to the table had Putnam Associates going with the State Room for the second year.

Putnam Associates has always tried to vary the venue for their annual holiday party, but when it came time to plan this year’s bash, the company went back to the place and people that embodied everything they wanted in a company-wide gathering: a focus on fun, delicious fare, and the balance of a laid-back yet chic event. The Longwood team was thrilled to plan once again, shining a new light on the State Room with marquee lighting, an open bar, white loungers, and delicious, no-frills fare.
The Big Little Things
Creative Collaboration
The company turned their first event at the State Room into an annual one after not only being wowed with the space, but with how Longwood’s team was excited and eager to collaborate on creative, new, and unique elements. This year, guests were greeted to a chill-meets-chic space with purple uplighting, pillow-festooned loungers, a lively photo booth, and fresh, festive centerpieces.
Good Spirits
The group loved toasting to a successful year with champagne and Longwood’s signature bubbles cocktails flowing among the open bar option. Guests were able to catch-up over tall cocktail tables and sit back in ivory couches overlooking the city. To make the night’s memories last, a photo booth with ample holiday props was set up for lots of laughs.
